Every year about 50 professionals migrate abroad due to unsatisfactory working conditions (SPECIFIC PROBLEM WITH NUMBERS and supported with a citation). This brain drain is different from previous shortages, because it involves not only fresh graduates but also seasoned professionals (quote).
